Biotech Fluidics has introduced a new series of high-performance DEGASi® Vacuum Controllers to achieve and regulate vacuum within almost any inline degasser construction. These controller assemblies provide an extremely silent operation and about thirty percent longer life expectancy compared to traditional constructions.

For new designs and upgrades of legacy constructions

The DEGASi® Vacuum Controller assemblies are perfect for designing new inline degassers to be incorporated into fluidic systems for analysis or processing of a vast variety of fluids under a range of flow rate conditions. These vacuum controllers are also emerging as the first choice for repairing or upgrading legacy constructions since they can be retrofitted into most degasser assemblies from Biotech Fluidics and many other brands incorporating legacy Systec or IDEX vacuum pumps.

Complete with vacuum pump and controller board

The DEGASi® Vacuum Controllers incorporate the fifth generation IDEX StabiliX™ dual-stage vacuum pumps, combined with a new intelligent closed-loop regulation controller board, pre-programmed to a variety of vacuum set points to fit different applications. These assemblies conform to all modern regulating algorithms to accomplish stable zero-hysteresis operation to minimize noise and wear, while maximizing performance, stability, and lifetime of an inline degasser.
