The new StabiliX™ pump series is designed to provide stress-free operation with consistency, reliability, and long life for any degassing applications where dissolved gases and bubbles are problematic. These vacuum pumps are quiet, durable, and designed for superior performance at a wide range of fluid flow conditions.

Benefitting from a completely inert wetted path, the StabiliX™ vacuum pumps can be productively used to help remove gas bubbles from almost any fluid at analytical and preparative scale. The analytical scale version is intended for standard degassing chambers and most liquids at limited flow rates. The preparative scale version is constructed to handle high vapor loads from high flow rate degassing chambers or fluids with low vapor pressure that will cause increased solvent pervaporation through the membrane.

Engineered for modern inline degassers and retrofitting

Being fully compatible with the most modern film degassing chambers, as well as with traditional tubular membrane degassing chambers for different flow rates, the StabiliX™ vacuum pumps fits to nearly every inline degasser design. Available in bottom and side-mounted versions, the StabiliX™ vacuum pumps can be retrofitted to a variety of inline degassers from different brands, including the complete range of Biotech Fluidics DEGASi^® product family.

The StabiliX™ pumps conform to all regulating algorithms to accomplish dual-stage vacuum and ZHCR^® (Zero Hysteresis – Constant Run) operation to minimize noise and wear, while maximizing performance, stability, and lifetime. Equipped with modern controller boards, StabiliX™ can operate as constant performance degassing pumps (CPDP) and dynamically adjust the vacuum level, thereby taking full advantage of the most modern film-based degassing chambers. The StabiliX™ series of vacuum pumps are compliant with current RoHS & REACH regulations.
