One-Piece Fingertight fittings

The original highly popular IDEX one-piece fingertight fitting design is convenient and easy to use while it also prevents ferrules from sticking in the receiving port. Available for 6-40, 10-32, or 1/4-28 coned ports, with tubing OD dimensions of 1/32”, 1/16”, or 1/8”. Pressure rated up to 5,000 psi (345 bar).

Stainless Steel fittings

Traditional two-piece 316 stainless-steel fittings for metal-based assemblies with coned 10-32, M6x1, 1/4-28, & 5/16-24 port designs for tubing OD of 1/16”, or 1/8”. Available in IDEX standard format, plus manufacturer-compatible designs, all rated to 20,000 psi (1,380 bar). Not recommended for plastic ports.

Two-Piece Fingertight fittings

Economical polymeric fitting with exchangeable ferrules in several materials for different circumstances, including a durable conductive polymer for electrospray mass spectrometry. Designed for 10-32 coned ports and tubing OD of 360 µm, 1/32” or 1/16”. Pressure rated up to 6,000 psi (414 bar).

SealTight™ Fingertight fittings

The SealTight™ fingertight fittings feature specially designed nuts and a polymeric dual compression ferrule that together allows sealing up 9,000 psi (620 bar). Constructed for connecting 1/16” OD tubing to 10-32 coned ports.

MicroTight^® fittings

The MicroTight^® family is a comprehensive system of fittings for connecting capillary tubing. Specifically made for 360 µm OD tubing, 1/32” OD tubing, or the MicroTight^® tubing sleeves (0.025” OD). Designed for use with the NanoPort™ and MicroTight^® unions, adapters and inline microfilters.

NanoTight™ fittings

The NanoTight™ fittings are designed to connect capillary tubing with OD from 70 µm to 1 mm into any standard 10-32 coned port using 1/16” OD tubing sleeves. These fittings can also be used to connect any 1/16” OD tubing.

Tubing sleeves for capillaries

IDEX manufacture a range of different tubing sleeves to ensure smooth, concentric, zero dead volume connection of capillary tubing into ports of different designs. Available with sleeve OD 0.025”, 1/32”, or 1/16” for 10-32, or 6-32 ports using different fitting types, including the MicroTight^® and NanoTight™ acessories.

LiteTouch^® fittings

The LiteTouch^® fittings grip tubing at two compression points, and hold to high pressures with fingertight convenience. The design also prevents polymer tubing from twisting. LiteTouch^® Fittings are available for 1/32”, 1/16”, or 1/8” OD tubing sizes, and for 10-32 or 1/4-28 coned ports, preferably in stainless-steel.

VHP High-performance fittings

The VHP high-performance fittings have been designed for extreme pressures up to 30,000 psi (2,070 bar). The polymeric VHP PK fittings are based on a proprietary PEEK blend to improve resistance to pressure and temperature (up to 200 °C). The PK polymer blend is available for several IDEX fitting systems including One-Piece Fingertight, LiteTouch^®, and MicroTight^®.

MarvelXACT™ UHPLC fitting

Tight with a click! Gives perfect fitting torque, with zero dead volume sealing every time, up to 1,300 bar (19,000 psi) routinely. Pre-fitted to flexible PEEK-lined stainless-steel tubing and reconnects up to 100 times. Ideal for UHPLC column connections and similar positions that frequently are exchanged by several different persons.
