One-Piece Fingertight fittings
Popular, convenient and easy to use
The original IDEX one-piece fingertight fitting design is still highly popular. These fittings are convenient and easy to use while they also prevent ferrules from sticking in the receiving port.
Manufactured in PEEK polymer for 1/16” OD tubing connecting to 10-31 coned ports at a pressure rating of 5,000 psi (345 bar). These fittings are available in a variety of colours, materials, and lengths, to suit virtually every application.
The P-100 variant for 1/8” OD tubing fitted to 1/4-28 coned ports is made in PCTFE and has a pressure tolerance of 1,000 psi (69). The M-645 version for 1/32” OD tubing into 6-40 ports, which can be a direct replacement for the corresponding VICI Valco fitting, is constructed from both PEEK and PCTFE and can withstand 1,750-3,250 psi (121-224 bar).
The RheFlex One-Piece Fingertight Fittings with ChromTRAC knobs 6000-282 are included in many of the manual IDEX valves. All these fittings generally require a torque 3–4 in-lbs (0.34–0.45 N·m). These fitting are also available with multicoloured knobs in blue, green, gray, red, and yellow.
