The SmartSaver™ solvent recycler from Biotech Fluidics saves up to 90% of mobile phase by redirection of the pure solvent to the solvent reservoir during the isocratic HPLC. Can be used with almost all manufacturers equipment and detectors as UV, fluorescens etc. SmartSaver™ brings quite new approach to solvent recycler design. Very compact instrument is powered directly from chromatography data system PC, no power adapter is required. User friendly software is provided to configure the parameters, and to perform on-line monitoring/audit trail. Analog input allows unipolar or bipolar operation within range of ± 1V. TTL/contact closure can be configured as start, auto-zero or valve position control input. This model has a PEEK solvent flow path, but the SmartSaver™ is also available with wetted material in PTFE. -
Suitable for high flow applications like chemical analyses, biotechnology or sensitive processes on the manufacturing side. The Biotech Solvent Recycler is a completely stand-alone device with an integrated display to show current input and settings, and control keys to easily set its operational parameters. It is typically externally powered via 5V DC, but can also be powered and programmed via a USB connected computer running a terminal software application. The Biotech Solvent Recycler can reduce the mobile phase in isocratic HPLC for up to 90% by redirecting uncontaminated mobile phase into the container. The level of the input signal and setting parameters are displayed on a well-read four-digit LCD display. Valve position and the current display mode are indicated by LEDs placed next to the display. Instrument functions are operated via a membrane keyboard with six keys. Setting of operating parameters and online device activity tracking can also be performed from a PC using any terminal application. Its analog input accepts unipolar and bipolar signals in ranges of ± 1V or ±100 mV alternatively. Analog-to-digital converter provides data for further processing in embedded microcontroller. TTL (contact closure) input is used for the auto-zero function. This model has a PTFE solvent flow path, but the Biotech Solvent Recycler is also available with wetted material in PEEK. -

The series of Biotech Liquid Flow Meters enables easy, continuous, and integrated determination of liquid flow rates. With these devices, flow data is continuously and accurately recorded and stored in a computer application providing full flow control and documentation. The measurement principle of heat dispersion allows for unprecedented time resolution and provides new insights into flow variation and inconsistency. The internal flow cell has a minimal volume and the inline measurement is accomplished without any interference with the liquid or its flow path. Four different models are available for micro flow, analytical HPLC flow, preparative flow, and high volume flow rates. -

DEGASi® Prep+ uses a revolutionary new technology that makes it possible to degas organic solutions at higher flow rates in a cost-effective manner. That means you can get increased capacity at a lower price. DEGASi® Prep+ is a perfect choice for efficient degassing of many types of liquids at high flow rates, up to 75-100 mL /min per chamber. It is compatible with aqueous-organic liquids and alkanes, but not aggressive solvents like HFIP. The DEGASi® Prep+ degassers is available in different models with 1, 2, or 4 channels. In its standard configuration with 1/4-28 flat-bottom ports for 1/8” OD tubing, flow rates up to 75 mL/min can be degassed. The DEGASi® Prep+ Large and DEGASi® Prep+ XLarge, are instead configured with 5/16-24 flat-bottom ports for 3/16″ (4.8 mm) OD tubing, and with 1/2-20 flat-bottom ports for 1/4″ (6.4 mm) OD tubing, respectively, and can handle flow rates up to 100 mL/min. The unique DEGASi® Prep+ AUX degasser configuration is designed for flow rates up to 75-100 mL/min, and is also equipped with one additional auxiliary degassing channel of your choice for analytical flow rates. -
Our Preparative Stand Alone Vacuum Degasser Systems are specifically designed for HPLC and other fluidic systems. The DEGASi PREP series is designed for flowrates from 15-50ml/min per channel. The system removes dissolved gases from the mobile phases to reduce retention time shifts and improve baseline stability, as the pump will work much more reliable. Removing dissolved gasses eliminates bubbles before they occur and removes oxygen which can interfere with UV detection methods. -
The DEGASi® Integration Classic degasser is designed for most applications in analytical instrumentation and liquid chromatography, including typical reversed phase HPLC and ion chromatography applications with flow rates up to 3 mL/min. The port design is 1/4-28 Flat-Bottom for connection of tubing with OD ranging from 1/16” to 1/8”. This degasser is equipped with 1-5 chambers with biocompatible flow path of 480 μL for aqueous-organic liquids but is not compatible with hexane and similar organic solvents. As with all DEGASi® Integration degassers, there is an output signal for the vacuum level, and you can expect very silent and trouble-free operation for many years. It is easy to exchange solvents in the degasser thanks to the low swept volume and efficient design of each channel. The internal patented closed-loop vacuum control assures ultra-stable degassing performance that minimize noise in your high-precision system. The degasser comes with advanced leak and error detection functions and three indicator LEDs to show current status. The housing occupies a reduced bench space (261 x 70 x 125 mm) and is easy to access for replacement of parts. The degasser is fully compatible with CE and RoHS directives.
