Flanged Fittings come in a variety of materials and head styles making them an optimal choice for standard 1/4-28 or M6 Flat-Bottom ports. Most of our Flanged Fittings are made of highly versatile Delrin and they are manufactured to resists cross threading or loosening during use because of their dimensional stability. Our Very High Pressure (VHP) LiteTouch Ferrule is manufactured from a proprietary PEEK blend (PK) which allows it to be used at significantly higher temperatures (up to 200°C). This material's characteristics allow the ferrule to operate at much higher pressures than conventional PEEK. Our LiteTouch design is ideally suited for tubing assemblies for coned ports.
