The body of the assembly is made from biocompatible Tefzel (ETFE) and features a PEEK rotor making it highly resistant to chemical attack. P-721 includes (2) P-335 Flangeless Fittings and (2) P-300N Flangeless Ferrules. Our Single Mode Analytic Valve is designed our unique Make-Before-Break (MBB(r)) architecture. Manufactured from biocompatible PEEK it has excellent chemical resistance. Our valve has 2 positions and 6 ports. It has a 20 µL Loop with a Position Sensor. -
The Biotech Solvent Recycler is a completely stand-alone device with an integrated display to show current input and settings, and control keys to easily set its operational parameters. It is typically externally powered via 5V DC, but can also be powered and programmed via a USB connected computer running a terminal software application. The Biotech Solvent Recycler can reduce the mobile phase in isocratic HPLC for up to 90% by redirecting uncontaminated mobile phase into the container. The level of the input signal and setting parameters are displayed on a well-read four-digit LCD display. Valve position and the current display mode are indicated by LEDs placed next to the display. Instrument functions are operated via a membrane keyboard with six keys. Setting of operating parameters and online device activity tracking can also be performed from a PC using any terminal application. Its analog input accepts unipolar and bipolar signals in ranges of ± 1V or ±100 mV alternatively. Analog-to-digital converter provides data for further processing in embedded microcontroller. TTL (contact closure) input is used for the auto-zero function. This model has a PEEK solvent flow path, but the Biotech Solvent Recycler is also available with wetted material in PTFE. -

Our Inlet Solvent Filter is made from inert, biocompatible UHMWPE. This solvent filter allow you to pass tubing through to the bottom of the filter cup which enables the filter the to efficiently withdraw solvent from within 0.10 inches of the bottom of the solvent bottle. Filter Cups with a porosity of 10µm for Filters A-426, A-445, A-446 & A-447. They also come as a single or in a 5 pack. -
