The DEGASi® Plus Nano degasser is optimised for nano flow rates of aqueous and organic liquids up to 0.1 mL/min. The port design is 10-32 Coned for connection of tubing with OD ranging from 1/32” to 1/16”. This degasser is equipped with 1-6 chambers with biocompatible flow path of 25 μL for aqueous-organic liquids but is not compatible with hexane and similar organic solvents. As with all DEGASi® Plus degassers, you can expect very silent and trouble-free operation for many years. It is easy to exchange solvents in the degasser thanks to the low sept volume and efficient design of each channel. The internal patented closed-loop vacuum control assures ultra-stable degassing performance that minimize noise in your high-precision system. The degasser comes with advanced leak and error detection functions and a bicolour indicator LED to show current status. The slim housing occupies a small bench space (230 x 56 x 107 mm) and is easy to access for replacement of parts. The degasser is fully compatible with CE and RoHS directives. The DEGASi® Plus GPC Semi-Prep degasser is designed for straight phase chromatography applications with flow rates 3-6 mL/min. The port design is 1/4-28 Flat-Bottom for connection of tubing with OD ranging from 1/16” to 1/8”. This degasser is equipped with 1-6 chambers and with the stainless-steel stented flow path of 925 μL, it is intended for use with all common organic solvents including alkanes like hexane. As with all DEGASi® Plus degassers, you can expect very silent and trouble-free operation for many years. It is easy to exchange solvents in the degasser thanks to the low swept volume and efficient design of each channel. The internal patented closed-loop vacuum control assures ultra-stable degassing performance that minimize noise in your high-precision system. Our Side Mount Dual-Stage Pump (DST) with Constant Performance PCB is a vacuum control system for use with IDEX film degassing chambers. The system includes a DST vacuum pump and a controller PCB that operates in two modes:- Similar to “Constant Vacuum” degasser pumps, the control system will maintain vacuum levels at a user-defined setpoint (default 120mmHg).
- The Constant Performance algorithm allows the user to set a flow rate and desired efficiency, from which the control algorithms will determine the nominal vacuum level.

Our Bottom Mount Dual-Stage Pump (DST) with Constant Performance PCB is a vacuum control system for use with IDEX film degassing chambers. The torque limiting feature provides a haptic “click” feedback when it reaches the optimum torque, assuring a perfect connection every time. Integrated with our custom tubing assemblies, the Intuitive™ fitting can be used in an instrument’s fluidic connections with the highest flexibility in mind. This universal fitting is used with 1/8” OD tubing and works with Flanged and Super Flangeless connection systems. With a high reusability factor of about 80 “clicks,” this fitting ensures connection flexibility. -
